Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ollin platform — including our website, mobile experience, and all associated services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Profoods Nutrition Pvt Ltd, the entity operating Ollin, registered in India. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Your continued use of Ollin after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
Eligibility
Ollin is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly provide services to minors. If you are under 18, please do not create an account or use our services.
You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. By using Ollin, you represent that you possess the legal authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf.
Account and OTP Authentication
Access to Ollin is secured through OTP-based (One-Time Password) authentication sent to your registered mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your phone number accurate and your device secure.
You must not share your OTP with any third party. Any action taken through your account — including purchases, protocol changes, and data submissions — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at Gaurav@ollinwellness.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where fraudulent activity, misuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
Our Services
Ollin generates a personalised supplement protocol based on your responses to our health questionnaire. This protocol is produced using deterministic, rule-based logic developed and reviewed by qualified nutritionists — it does not use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or algorithmic inference to make health conclusions beyond what you have explicitly shared.
What Ollin Is
Ollin is a wellness and supplement personalisation platform. We help you understand which supplements may be relevant to your stated health concerns and lifestyle, and we deliver those supplements to your door.
What Ollin Is Not
Ollin is not a medical service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice. Our supplement recommendations do not constitute a medical diagnosis, treatment plan, or prescription. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health regimen, especially if you have a pre-existing condition or are on medication.
Ollin Care
Ollin Care is an optional subscription feature that enables advanced tracking, including supplement adherence logs, progress calendars, and optional blood test report uploads. Ollin Care features are only available after your first purchase.
Orders and Payments
All purchases made through Ollin are processed securely via Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. By placing an order, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions governing payment processing. Ollin does not store, view, or handle your card, UPI, or banking credentials at any point.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Ollin reserves the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Delivery is fulfilled through Delhivery, our logistics partner. Delivery timelines are estimates. Ollin is not liable for delays caused by the logistics partner, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information provided by you.
User Obligations
You agree to use Ollin only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
Provide Accurate Information
You must not submit inaccurate, misleading, or false responses in the health questionnaire or any other part of the platform. The quality of your supplement protocol depends entirely on the honesty of your inputs.
No Misuse of the Platform
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Ollin platform, its protocol logic, content, or design without written permission. You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
No Harm to Others
You must not use the platform in any way that could harm, harass, or infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties.
No Circumvention of Security
You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security feature, authentication mechanism, or access control on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Ollin platform — including the protocol logic, design, copy, nutritionist-reviewed recommendation system, visual assets, and brand identity — is the intellectual property of Profoods Nutrition Pvt Ltd or its licensors, protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Your personalised supplement protocol is generated for your individual use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise it in any form. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers
Ollin does not provide medical advice. The supplement protocols, content, and recommendations on this platform are for informational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a qualified physician with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Ollin makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information on the platform. Supplement efficacy varies between individuals. Results are not guaranteed.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Profoods Nutrition Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Ollin platform or its services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
Termination
You may delete your account and discontinue use of Ollin at any time by contacting us at Gaurav@ollinwellness.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The courts located in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to the arbitration clause below.
Dispute Resolution
We believe most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our Grievance Officer first. We will acknowledge your query within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), seated in Mumbai, India.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via your registered phone number or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect.
Your continued use of Ollin after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue use and delete your account.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any complaints or concerns related to your use of the platform or these Terms.
