Who We Are

Ollin is a personalised supplement and wellness platform built for people who take their health seriously. We generate a supplement protocol tailored to your health concerns using deterministic, nutritionist-reviewed logic — not artificial intelligence.

Ollin is operated by Profoods Nutrition Pvt Ltd, registered in India. Our services are governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

What We Collect

Account and Identity

When you create an account, we collect your mobile phone number for OTP-based authentication. We do not require a name, email, or social login to get started.

Health and Questionnaire Data

To generate your supplement protocol, we collect the health concerns you select and your responses to our questionnaire — covering your lifestyle, diet, sleep patterns, and specific health goals. This information constitutes sensitive personal data or information (SPDI) under Indian law and is handled with the corresponding level of care.

Blood Test Reports and Biomarker Data

If you use Ollin Care (Phase 2), you may choose to upload a blood test report. This is entirely optional and only available after your first purchase. Biomarker data extracted from your report is used solely to generate a personalised comparison view within your dashboard. It is never shared with third parties without your explicit, separate consent.

Order and Delivery Information

When you place an order, we collect your delivery address to fulfil your shipment. Your payment is processed entirely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. Ollin does not store, see, or process your card or UPI details at any point.

Supplement Adherence Logs

If you use Ollin Care, your daily supplement intake logs are stored to display your progress calendar and credit points to your account. This data stays within your profile.

WhatsApp Communication Preferences

We may ask if you'd like to receive order updates or wellness reminders via WhatsApp. This is opt-in only, presented as a separate consent step, and is never a condition of using the platform. You can change this preference at any time from your account settings.

Session and Technical Data

We collect standard web analytics data — device type, browser, approximate city-level location, and page interactions — to improve the performance and experience of the platform. This data is aggregated and not linked to your health information.

How We Use Your Information

Your health questionnaire responses are used exclusively to generate and display your personalised supplement protocol. The logic behind this is rule-based and nutritionist-reviewed — there is no AI system making inferences about your health beyond what you have explicitly shared with us.

Your phone number is used to authenticate your account and, if you consent, to send transactional messages such as order confirmations and delivery updates.

Your delivery address is passed to Delhivery, our logistics partner, solely for the purpose of shipping your order.

Your order history is retained for service continuity, account management, and to comply with applicable tax and legal obligations under Indian law.

Session data is used in aggregate to understand how users navigate the platform and to resolve issues. It is never used to build individual behavioural profiles or to serve advertising.

Who We Share Your Data With

We share your information only with the service partners required to deliver Ollin to you.

Razorpay processes all payments. When you proceed to checkout, you are interacting with Razorpay's secure payment infrastructure. Their handling of your payment data is governed by Razorpay's own Privacy Policy.

Delhivery receives your delivery address and order details for the sole purpose of fulfilling your shipment.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your health data, questionnaire responses, or biomarker information with any third party — including advertisers, data brokers, or research organisations — without your explicit, informed consent.

Sensitive Personal Data

Under the SPDI Rules, 2011, your health-related data — including questionnaire responses, health concerns, blood test reports, and biomarker results — constitutes sensitive personal data. We collect this information only with your consent and use it only for the purpose stated at the time of collection.

You have the right to review, correct, or withdraw consent for the use of this data at any time. Withdrawing consent for health data processing will limit your ability to use core features of the platform, as this information is necessary to generate your protocol.

Data Retention

Your questionnaire responses and supplement protocol are retained for as long as your account is active, to allow you to view, reference, and retake your protocol over time.

Your order history and transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with Indian tax and financial record-keeping requirements.

Blood test data and biomarker results are retained only for as long as you maintain an Ollin Care subscription, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

If you delete your account, all personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, and ask us to delete your data. You may also withdraw consent for specific data uses, including WhatsApp communications, at any time without affecting the rest of your account.

Security

We implement reasonable security practices as required under the IT Act and SPDI Rules — including encrypted storage for sensitive health data, secure OTP-based authentication, and access controls limiting who within our team can view your information.

No system is perfectly immune to breach, but we treat your health data with the same care we would want for our own.

Children

Ollin is intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used our platform, please contact us and we will remove their information promptly.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you via your registered phone number or a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of Ollin after that notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
